Hi I'm Rachel, a women's health exercise physiologist specialising in exercise prescription for pelvic health, musculoskeletal pain, pregnancy and postpartum.

If your goals are to stop leaking during exercise or daily activities, improve or prevent prolapse, heal a diastasis, manage pelvic or back pain or safely return to exercise following birth, surgery or a break (I know, life gets busy!), then you've come to the right place.


Using a combination of assessments, 1-1 exercise sessions and home programs, I help women heal their bodies and prevent or manage women's health conditions.
